A few things I don’t and do like about…
A few things I don’t and do like about Rest as a new customer. 1) The sleeping eye mask is hardly “cooling”. It’s not much different than my other satin or silk eye masks. I enjoy how it covers the ears and wraps gently around the head. But I bought it for its cooling technology, and I'm disappointed, especially since it’s not cheap. 2) The sheets are cooling just as they should, which is great. I wasn't fully aware of how slippery or silky they are, so any wiggle or even just sitting on the bed will cause you to slip off! And the top sheet moves around under a comforter, which is annoying. 3) I bought a king-sized comforter, and it’s cooling. However, when layered with the top sheet, it’s really a big, slippery, sliding mess. I’m not sure how I’m going to deal with this “behavior” because it’s equally annoying. I’m not sure if I love, like, or deal with these purchases. Right now, I know I won’t buy anything beyond the two full sheet sets, comforter, and eye mask, which is a big purchase to begin with!

Sorry to hear the eye mask didn't land the way you hoped. It uses the same Evercool® fabric as the sheets, though the cool touch is most noticeable on contact and settles once it warms to skin temperature. On the slipping, the silky nylon is what drives the cooling, so sheet straps or clips on the fitted sheet corners help a lot, and tucking the flat sheet at the foot keeps the layers from sliding.
