I absolutely love the Rest sheets themselves. They really do what they claim to do and keep you cool, even if you’re someone who tends to sleep hot. The quality is great, and the cooling effect has made a noticeable difference for me. That said, my recent purchasing experience left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. The sheets are definitely an investment, so I appreciate that Rest offers “free gifts” when you reach certain spending thresholds. However, I was disappointed to find that you can’t choose the color of the free gift (either a set of pillowcases or a flat sheet). I received a color that I would never have chosen for myself, and unfortunately, I know I’ll never use it. It feels like a waste of an otherwise nice product, which is especially frustrating when the incentive is tied to spending a significant amount of money. I think it would be a much better customer experience if Rest allowed customers to select the color of their free gift, even if the selection were limited to the colors currently in stock. I’d much rather receive something I’ll actually use than a “free” product that ends up sitting in the closet. I’m still a big fan of the sheets themselves and would absolutely recommend them for anyone who sleeps hot. I just hope Rest will reconsider this part of the purchasing experience.

I just received my sheets and comforter. First of all, I love the color. I picked the blue . Second they are so soft and a perfect fit for my king size bed. It’s been six hours since I put them on and I cannot believe how cool they feel., I’m so looking forward to a good night sleep.

had problems with my cc company (their main system is down), but going through amazon, no problem! easy to navigate through Rest and absolutely delighted that you now offer twin-size bedding (when i have company during the summer, i give them my full-size bed and use the guest twin-size bed)! i developed heat intolerance because of a disease i had, and summer sleeping was a misery. 2 or 3 birthdays ago, my son surprised me with a set of your sheets, as well as a Rest comforter - LIFESAVER!!! thank you for your amazing products! i literally could not live/sleep without them during the summer!
