I came across RespShop on the internet when I was shopping for a mini travel cpap. They were having a sale and I wanted to take advantage of it, so I ordered one. As it turned out it was not that simple. In order for me to get one, the company had to get an RX prescription from my doctor relating to my breathing experience. We emailed back & forth about this situation. I had repeatedly asked my doctor to please send RespShop an RX in order for them to adjust my cpap before shipping it out to me. I, in the meantime had to attend a sleep study overnight at St Joe's hospital in order for them to get me fitted for the correct pressure. Everyone at ResShop were so patient with me and kept me informed on the situation with my mini cpap. Finally, since my doctor never got in touch with ResShop, I sent them my results to my sleep study and they were able to get the correct pressure for them to put on my mini traveling cpap. Once that was established, before shipping my cpap machine to me, I was informed that the mini capap machine had to have a different breathing hose than my regular cpap machine. I never knew that, so in order for my purchase to be complete I was informed that I needed to purchase another hose to fit the new travel cpap machine. I was so thankful for that information. The service there was so great, everyone was so helpful and made sure that I had gotten everything that was needed in order for me to have a successful experience. I would highly recommend this company for any of your medical supplies. I know I will for sure stay in touch with them for future purchases. Thank You, Thank You!!!
