Ordering was quick and easy
Ordering was quick and easy. I had a glitch in my order because of difficulties with USPS (their shipper). When I realized that USPS was doing the shipping, I called and explained my problem. CS was able to intercept the shipment and reroute it so the delivery would be made. Very good CS. Product is great and shipped promptly. I will have no issues shopping with them again

Have your paperwork on your old machine
The knowledge that our representatives had about the machines and how they work was the best thing ever she helped us through settings on the old machine that still don’t want to work because it was so old but her knowledge helped us through the old paperwork to get the information needed to be able to order a new machine very much like the old machine she was very patient with us and so sweet.the delivery was outstanding I really didn’t expect it to come in that fast. I don’t remember her name but she deserves a huge hug from me. We will be visiting this site again for any items needed for this new machine. Thank you so much he is sleeping and breathing comfortably again.

Tried knock off brands You never know what you might get. . Delivery was with in a week. Nice selection of accessories cheeper than the pharmacy and you know your getting what you pay for
