Our coach was more help then even we expected. That weekend we submitted more offers then we ever did in one weekend. The help and advice that he gave us will be a real benefit in our offers we submit from this time on. Experience is said to not be the best teacher, but in real estate investments it is the number one most valuable tool. Crony Investments, LLC

I thought Greg was an excellent instructor. He shared a lot of real life experience and he knew the Texas market. He had actually been a Response student and has now put to use what he’s learned which is very valuable to a new person; knowing that the person instructing them could truly relate to them. He shared a lot of his own personal resources that he didn’t have to because he wants to see us do well. I’d recommend him, highly!

Thank you for the perfectly communicated knowledge at the BOG.

BOG is a tactical course that helps implement the strategies we learned in the 3-day session. Our instructor laid out all the steps for each of the strategies, and answered any questions the class had. I was struggling to put all the pieces together and get moving, but this course helped the rubber meet the road and I'm taking action steps towards closing my first deal. I would unreservedly recommend Response and BOG for anyone who is ready to take control of their financial future. Freedom is around the corner - I can hear others talking about it, and I'm on my way to join them!

Practical, helpful information presented by experienced investor in a clear, concise format. Excellent!!! Hopefully, we are on our way to doing some deals soon.

Hi Chris! We really enjoyed the valuable training you gave us. I (Trish) attended a 5 day training for real estate investing back in June of this year, and although I learned quite a bit, it was nothing compared to the education I received this past weekend. They were focused on the whole rehab and flip, and didn't mention very much about wholesaling. Thank you so much for taking us step by step through each process. I feel confident now that we can be successful in this business. Aloha!

Was a bit surprised with the lack of attention a few of the participates gave to Charlie, considering how much they paid to be there. Charlie gave great presentations w/a bunch of info, I couldn't keep up taking notes. Really got to understand the transactional funding better. He really got the marketing aspect across - the need to do it. I thank him for teaching the setting goals & working backwards, to realize what I need to do daily to have the results I need to succeed. Related to all well, I personally got a lot out of it & have been going over notes & the workbook today to cement what I learned - to implement in our weekly scheduling meeting for the future week! Thank You Charlie!!!
