Best informative information to assure you succeed in real estate. Joe went over everything in detail and made sure we understood before moving on to next phase. The group of people within our class was selected so that no one was overlapping into the other person territory so this helps each other as to share our experiences with the others to help them be successful as well. If you ever wondered how to do this then this is the place to learn with hands on training 5 stars

HI Joe, You, my friend, are a great instructor!! I really learned a lot in your class and was totally not bored. The training was exceptional and the information right on point, just like a detailed blueprint. My partner, who is attention deficit, was able to stay connected & engaged the entire 3 days. This class gave us both the confidence to "just do it". Thank you so very much for being there. Very sincerely, Betsy Dean

Amazing!! Informative!! Priceless!! Our teacher, Ali, made this class phenomenal. His ability to deliver real world knowledge, which will allow me to make calculated decisions, is nothing short of great. He has provided me information which will assist me in my real estate ventures. He was direct, nonsensical and to the point; all the while keeping the class fun, light and filled with great information. There are people who can deliver and disseminate information to the masses, and then there are teachers. Providing concrete information and integrating real world examples of his own has allowed me to better retain the curriculum/information. I would definitely consider Ali a teacher. I was lucky to have had the group of folks who were in attendance at this Boots on the Ground 3-day training. The other folks at this event made my experience that much more better. We all came from different work experiences and ethnic backgrounds; but our common goal was to become an expert real estate investor. I liked that we worked as a team to better understand the curriculum. Our questions, comments and concerns to our teacher, about the material being presented, was met with open arms. He has very good listening skills and was enthusiastic when responding to our inquiries. Now its time for me to apply all that I've learned these past three days. I feel much more confident with moving forward as a Real Estate Investor. Only practice will allow me to place the "Expert" in front of Real Estate Investor.

Ali our teacher for this class was personable and committed not only to making sure we received the tools needed to succeed but that we had a working knowledge of those tools before the weekend was over. And for that we are truly thankful. Thanks again
