I don’t usually leave recommendations or comment, especially on customer service. However, my recent customer experience with resparked is worth taking time out to let people know how great they were. Really top-notch above and beyond. Appreciate all that they do and after this experience, I have no problem buying more products and following up with them.

We contacted Resparked and spoke withJoy who did an outstanding job of getting us lined up with not only a replacement but with their newer edition of the pen! We have received it and all is well and we are delighted with the pen and the company's integrity of making things right!

I had a problem with my customizer pen. My emails were responded to quickly, with requests for more information. When I was unable to supply my order number, they were able to track it, despite it being bought for me by somebody else. Due to is still being under warranty, a replacement pen is being sent out to me. Staff have been helpful and polite throughout.
