Very impressive customer service! I had an issue with a product that stopped working, and the customer service team responded quickly, asked for more information but didn't give me a hard time, and ultimately agreed to replace the item. This level of customer service and product support is hard to come by these days - I'm very impressed!

I called customer service, left a message expecting not to hear back for days. First thing the next morning I got a call back! 9 hours! Who does that? Amazed! Had a conversation with customer service and a replacement was on the way. No accusations, no finger pointing. Just help! You don't see quality service and integrity like that anymore! I commend your morality and you've earn my respect. I wish you all the success you deserve! Respectfully-Anthony S.
