My Caliau engraving pen stopped working. It was out of the blue. I contacted customer service to see if they fix them. I love this item, btw, it is a great tool for crafting. They asked me to identify the issue and video verify, I totally get that, scammers. I did it. No questions after that, they replaced it. To say that this is a breath of fresh air from a company these days, is an understatement. and I will tell every crafter I know how great they are.

Resparked has a great niche product! It makes creativity much more inviting!! Though my first customizer had to be replaced, these things happen with all manufactured items and they immediately processed my warrantable replacement! Great customer service and support team!
