I love the engraving pen, in fact, everyone at the pottery studio does. I was so delighted when I had a problem with it as I was met with “No worries. We will send you another”. Great service and an outstanding product!

After the engraver died after two weeks I called the support line and very quickly received a response and they were able to verify it was still under warranty and sent a new one right away and even included some stencils with it, they were professional and courteous, very nice experience.

Recently received my dream Customizer engraving pen and needed to get in touch to enquire about the product. The response was very swift and felt I was given a personal treatment. Never received a better treatment from any other online company/service. So, apart from the actual wonderful product, after sale customer service is out of this world. Wonderful people indeed. The team was really amazing. I bought it as a present for my daughter and it stopped working after 2 times. Their customer service was fast to respond, super kind and sent us a replacement after checking the videos we sent. Happy to recommend them to all my friends!
