Don't buy...completely unresponsive customer service, which is always a red flag for me. 2 weeks now and nothing since I ordered, no responses etc

The product arrived as described, an electric drill and 30 drill bits for €75 including shiping to EU. There was some charge in the drill, and it was very dissapointing as it produced very little power, I went to charge it and found the port was loose, and it did not charge. I personally have a usb drill I bought from China for $4 including delivery, which outperforms this one. The reason (in my oppinion) that this is so expencive, is because of all the advertisment and sponsorship this company does, not because the product is actuaally good. Personally, I would NOT reccomend!

My order was fulfilled and delivered in a timely manner, but contained an incorrect item. I contacted customer service via their web form, which is the only method I can find to contact customer service. They were supposed to get back to me within "48 working hours," whatever that may be. As the order is a gift, I cannot yet attest to the quality of the product. I was contacted 21 days after my complaint, on Christmas morning, indicating that someone would be working to resolve my complaint. Approximately 3 weeks later, on Jan 14, I received notification that my new order was on its way. To respark’d’s credit, they did allow me to keep what had been mistakenly shipped to me, so this was eventually resolved but not before I filed a dispute with my credit card company. If time matters because your purchase is a gift or for any other reason, I would be wary of ordering.
