I received a Resparked engraving pen as a gift, and it has been one of my favorite artistry tools ever! I use it in conjunction with my wood burner frequently and have recently used it to make some protest signs. When my pen stopped working in the middle of a project, I was super worried about replacing it as I've just moved so finances are tight. However Resparked has a one year warranty, so when I reached out to the company they handled my issue straightaway and had a new pen on the way to me in no time. Cristian was a wonderful customer service rep, very patient and thorough. In today's world it's important to know who you're giving your money to- Resparked is a great company you can trust!
