Resparked impressed me by being more than fair in my return process. I actually ended up keeping the device bcz of the guidance and suggestions given that helped me see I could use it. They are very hands-on, and response is immediate. They are a great company to deal with.

I like the product and the versatility it has. It’s been great for making gifts for family. The pen stopped working earlier than I expected but the customer service was very responsive and easy to work with. The combination of the customer service and the guidance to get everything that you can out of this product shows how passionate they are.

Great service. Prompt with trying to resolve the issue on my engraving pen. It quit working and I got in touch with customer service. The followed up and tried to find out what was wrong with it. Then they promptly send a new engraving pen to me. Thank you so much for helping me resolve my issue. Great service .

When my pen stopped working, I e-mailed the company and they were very prompt and friendly. I sent them a quick video of the problem and they got right back to me to tell me that they were sending a new one.

I was very surprised and impressed with the service I received from the help staff at Resparded. I had lost the little screws that hold the bit's in, but they advised me to just push the bit in as far as it could go and not to worry about the screws. Well it worked, the bit stayed in did not wobble and I was able to engrave something without a problem.

I am so impressed with these people! One of our engravers stopped working and they worked with us very well and we're so helpful. They are sending in a replacement and we still keep the one that stopped working and all the tips and they're even sending some free gifts for an apology for their product giving up. I highly recommend these guys. If you want one of these engravers. I too have one and it's amazing and so fun.

The Resparked tool is so much fun to use. I find it very relaxing and have made some wonderful gifts for friends and family. When I had an issue with my tool I contacted customer support for help and they were AMAZING. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. I would recommend the tools they have to anyone because of the customer service!!!
