Love the engraver pen! Always get my orders FAST!!

Take advantage of their small-company people-pleasing. They have great customer service, and you can easily get a faulty product replaced for free with an extra set of stencils for free (or at least I did). Even though their customer service is a small team, they respond faster than I’d expect, especially for my questions I sent to them via Instagram. They also answered those questions in a way that was more helpful and practical than I expected. Please take advantage before the company becomes big because who knows what they’d be like in the future.

Most impressive was the responsiveness of the we’re team. I reported my concern and because it was after 5pm CST, I did not expect to hear back until the next day or later. To my surprise, a response came back within the hour. Customer service is a very important part of any business as it adds value and keeps customers coming back and spreading awareness about this company. Thank you again

From our first contact we were made to feel welcome. The service we received was first class, and although our purchase was eleven months ago and we did not have any delivery paperwork, we were taken through the process of confirming our order. We were very pleased to receive the replacement item in short time. First class service, you deserve a gold medal.

Ordered the Customizer for a Christmas present. Product arrived and was as advertised. I had a query after delivery and the customer service team were excellent. Very quick to respond, and very helpful which is rare nowadays. I would definitely order from the company again.

I stupidly used account details for an old account. Within half an hour I had emailed Resparked to cancel, received a confirmation it had been done and reordered. That is brilliant service in my book!
