Unfortunately after ordering their product my financial situation drastically changed. I reached out to them and they responded much quicker than their email response eluded to. Which reduced my stress level tremendously. They listened and promptly cancelled my order. Not only did they do this without a restocking fee, the kindness that they showed me made me feel like someone really does care. If I am ever in a position again to deal with this company I would in a heart beat.

Mostly, it was the sincerity of the customer service provider, who went above and beyond to treat me with respect and kindness, while also asking the right questions so he could offer his suggestions on which engraver would be best for the person I was buying it for.
