I had a question with my purchase, reached out and heard back within a couple of hours. The Resparked rep was so friendly, professional and responsive. My question was answered and they even came back later to see if everything was all right with my order. I have to say that I have not experienced this level of customer service in a long time. It was superior!

I ordered the etching kit as a gift for my daughter-in-law. Along with that I ordered 2 $25 gift cards so she can decide what she may need to pursue this art. The kit came very quickly but I was at a loss as to how to acquire the gift cards. So I contacted Respark.com and asked if they send me tangible cards or are they delivered electronically. Customer Service responded immediately, sent me the e-cards. I managed to print them, place them in a Christmas Card and secured so that our daughter can use them as soon as she acquires them. My experience with Resparked was awesome! I hadn’t received my package so I emailed them. They responded quickly and kindly. I told them I had been having issues with my neighbors getting our packages and us not ever getting them. Will was my contact and he was so kind and told me that it had been delivered, but to let them know if there were issues. Luckily, my neighbors did return this item to me and I wanted Will to know that. Great service! Great products! Great prices!
