I didn't expect the company to get in touch after I received this gift for my husband but they did and were so supportive I felt like I was a valued and special customer. Nothing was too much trouble and felt relaxed in keeping up the conversation. What did he like about the product. Light, create a small amount of shavings , instructions are easy to understand. The bits are nice and light and easy to use resulting in a professional finish. Good back up advice and training.

Prompt response. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Their product I inquired about did not work for my specific needs, but they went above and beyond to suggest other products (not even their own as they didn't have what I needed) that were very helpful for me. Excellent customer service in a world that seems to be doing away with customer service. Kudos to you!

I decided after originally buying 2 that I wanted the promo deal of buy 2 get 1. So I reached out to customer service. They agreed to change it. However, I had received an email prior to that message that my order was canceled so I reordered with the promo. I then received the text that I could do the promo. We got it all taken care of and I was reimbursed for my first purchase. Great customer service!

When I ordered the engraving pen set. I only wanted one somehow I could billed for two. I could not work out how to get rid of the extra set so I emailed Resparked about the issue and with respect and patience they helped me worked it out. Now I'm eagerly waking for its arrival.
