I ordered the Resparked customerizer engraving kit through Amazon and due to a glitch with Amazon, and no fault of Resparked, the order was delayed. I reached out directly to Resparked and they were extremely responsive and had the order shipped out the very next day! Excellent customer service and a trustworthy business. Happy to support this small business.

I experienced the best service I have encountered in years! My order was mis-delivered, which was no fault of Resparked at all. I ordered 3 tools and 1 box of the attachments. I got 2 of the units back anonymously. After reporting this recovery, Blossom at Resparked made sure the remaining items were replaced at no additional charge. This is not common but is so appreciated. Highly recommend this company. Thank you, sincerely!

Thank you for sharing this — and for being so honest throughout the whole process. We really appreciate you flagging what happened, and we’re glad Blossom could step in and make it right. It means a lot to earn your trust, especially in a situation like this. Thanks for the recommendation and for supporting us 💛

Had a great experience with customer service after I placed my order. They were very helpful in getting a coupon code applied to my order. Honestly one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had as of late with a supplier!

Ease of ordering, when I asked where the product was they advised that I should look in my mailbox. There it was. It is a Xmas gift for a grandson so we haven’t experienced using it yet. I’m confident it will work well based on the support I did receive
