Great customer service, after I made a mistake!
I accidentally ordered an extra set for the engraver and when it arrived I was going to return it….I wasn’t sure if my granddaughter would even like the gift. They suggested that I just keep it and it was only $16. By the way, she is a teenager and LOVED it! She had seen it online.
