I bought three of these engravers. Two worked one did not. The process to return the broken one was fairly straightforward (although it did take me a while to find the area on the website.) The two that worked have been a hit with the recipients. Easy to use and so much fun.

When I had some issues with my resparked, customer service team was fantastic, very helpful, courteous they made it aok. I received the engraver as a Christmas gift. Since it would not take a charge, I contacted support that day (Christmas), and submitted a help request. I received instructions immediately, and sent back the information requested. It was that easy.
