I purchased two engraving pens for my grandsons for Christmas. One of them was giving my grandson a problem. Just wasn't working correctly. I reached out and was contacted back the same day. They told me to send a video with the problem. As soon as I did that they fixed the problem and are sending him a new one. Great customer service. Will definitely do business with them again

Great customer service. Fast and responsive!

First off, great product. So much fun. Mine had a problem and support got back to me within minutes to solve it and I couldn’t be more thrilled to continue my engraving projects. Support is kind, quick, and very helpful and I’m very happy with the results.

Pen was inoperable upon opening. Contacted customer service and they replaced the item immediately. Very nice operator told me exactly what to do and what to expect. Received our working replacement within a week.

I haven't even received my product yet, but I came here to say what wonderful customer service I received from Resparked. I mistakingly entered the wrong address when I ordered my item, and didn't realize it until weeks later. It was, in the meantime, in transit back to the sender. I emailed and explained what had happened. They replied to me right away, and upon receiving my item back to their warehouse, immediately shipped it back to me, to the correct address. They were kind, quick and responsive. Something you don't see often any more! Thank you Resparked for caring about your customers!

The attention they gave to fix the problem was beyond belief. I wish all companies could be like Resparked, they gave me back the hope that companies can be honest and caring. Thanks for all your help and caring.

The engraver I ordered got lost in the mail, but Resparked customer service was quick to get back to me and sent another quickly. My daughter loves it!
