ResparkedReviews of resparked.com

It was everything I was expecting and more. Depending on the project, the battery lasts at least an hour. Recharging it is quick and I’m back to work enjoying my hobby. The very first project I made was I carved a mushroom out of a rock. The bits held up, it was relaxing and quite fun.

The contact was easy. Will at Reparked gave clear instructions, and even followed up with me when I evidently missed a communication. I have never had a company to do that regarding a return. I purchased 2 products for gifts. The first one was a request which was kept, and I, thinking the 2nd was an upgrade, it was not, something totally different, had to be returned. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Thanks Will.

Resparked replaced my grandson's engraver with no questions asked other than what was wrong with it. Honestly, I think my grandson loved it so much he loved it to death and could not wait to get another one! Their customer service not only replaced it but gave him an upgraded kit with extra stuff! He loves it and his parents say he even prefers it to video games!

I reached out to Resparked after receiving a fake Resparked product on Amazon. Resparked offered to send me the original product (which I thought I had ordered on Amazon) for half price. I took them up on the offer and am excited to receive my customizer engraving pen!

Best customer support I’ve seen in years. They stand behind their warranty and I truly love the product. So relaxing.

Got product as a gift. It had a malfunction during charging and would not take charge. I contacted their support and was very impressed with their immediate assistance to correct defective product. I am very impressed and would recommend this great product and support to anyone.

I ordered an etching tool for a friend of mine for Christmas, but she couldn't use it on the fired clay, so I sent it back for a refund and it was a quick transaction. Customer service was very responsive and professional. This is a trustworthy company and I would recommend them to every one.

I ordered my husband a pen for Christmas and the initial one sent did not work. I reached out immediately and to my surprise, especially during a holiday weekend, I received a response within hours. The team I worked with, specifically Blossom, was great. They provided lots of information and were able to get a replacement sent out quickly. The customer service was kind and thorough, wonderful job all around. Thank you.
