Used pen for maybe a total of 2 hrs before it stopped. Fully charged still nothing happens when you turn it on.

I ordered a pen from this company one month ago and they didn’t delivered anything! I mailed the company and they told me the shipping partner destroyed it. Instead of sending me a new one or giving me a refund they offer a discount which is ridiculous. Especially when i already paid for the product and waited for a month just to receive nothing.

I ordered a Christmas gift from this company. It was never delivered and their response was to invoice me for a new order as shipping is "out of our control." Don't trust this company.

I ordered a 30-bit engraving kit from Resparked during a Cyber Sale (total $61.95 including shipping). The product page clearly showed a 30-bit kit, which is why I purchased it. What I received instead was a different 15-bit kit. I contacted customer service immediately on December 6. Over the next six days, there were 27 emails trying to resolve what should have been a straightforward fulfillment error. Resparked has acknowledged that I ordered the 30-bit kit and that the wrong item was shipped. However, instead of simply sending the correct product, I was repeatedly asked to repurchase the item, pay shipping again, initiate a return myself, and potentially lose money to restocking fees — meaning I would pay more due to their mistake and lose the sale price I originally paid. Despite providing screenshots and photos, the issue remains unresolved. I’m only asking to receive the product I paid for at the price I paid, without additional charges. This has been an extremely frustrating experience.

Resparked is advertising a 45% off on their add, but everytime is go to the web site it is only 30% off. Is that not a bait and switch kind of add. Isn't that illegal

Why can’t I give no stars? This is a scam. They don’t deliver your pen. Down as delivered. Map showing where my package has been delivered to is somewhere in South West England. We are about 100 miles from there. Absolute scam.

Absolute scam- they are just buying in the exact same pen that’s available on Alibaba/AliExpress/Temu .etc then putting their own branding on the packaging. If you don’t believe me- buy one from this site with a credit card (so you can do a chargeback if they don’t accept the return) and one from Temu for $8-14. I checked one I purchased from Temu side by side and with one from Resparked- it’s completely identical and even pulled both apart to confirm the internals were the same incase they just shared the same shell. Don’t be a fool and give these people money, they may provide what’s advertised but it’s baffling why anyone would lay down 5x more money for the same cheap product available on Temu.
