We had a problem with our first order but Resparked happily gave us another kit with some extras as well! Incredible customer service and we are now enjoying creating lots of projects. Customer Service like this is incredibly rare which is why I wrote the review. Highly recommend.

I ordered two pens, one of which did not work. Customer service asked me to send a video showing the problem. I wasn't able to send a video until a couple of weeks later and was convinced they weren't going to let me return it (I ordered in Nov for Christmas, and emailed them mid-January). However, once I sent the video, I immediately received a response and note that they would send me a new one. Such a pleasant experience, especially since I ordered from an Instagram targeted ad, and you never know. Kids love the engravers and Resparked stood by their product! I highly recommend them.

After receiving my CUSTOMIZER ENGRAVING PEN I used it a couple of times but unfortunately it stopped working properly, I was not looking forward to contacting customers support as I've always had a iffy relationship with products bought from outside of Norway. anyway after contacting support , they replied super fast, asked me to send a video of the pen and before I knew it they had sent a replacement pen in the post! Amazing service, quick and efficient without all the back and forth with email after email.

I have sent quite a few messages asking different questions and you can tell that the responses are personal and not mass produced. I have received replies very quickly too - some within minutes. This company appears to care about its potential customers. Although there are cheaper ones online FAKE Chinese versions which look exactly like the Customizer, I am contented to believe that if you want a good quality engraving tool then you buy it direct from this company or a genuine distributor. I plan to order mine.

I had a delivery issue with an item of £50+ in value ordered from Resparked and upon reviewing my request the company’s AI tool initially determined that I was not eligible for a refund (the feedback window having surpassed a 15-day time limit), however the issue was down to the parcel having been supposedly left with a neighbour (who claimed not to have it) while I was on holiday (hence why my refund request was outside the 15-day window). What impressed me about this company was the customer support - a human review of the AI response determined that the experience was extremely frustrating and immediately resolved the issue. It’s easy for companies to do good business when everything goes to plan, but harder to do the right thing when unexpected issues arise - in this case, they went above and beyond to ensure my experience was first-class.
