Their response was quick and efficient when i reported a problem with my engraver. We just couldn't get it to start back up and so the are sending me a new engraver and upgrading it too. Very kind and quick to make things right. I will continue to work with them in the future as I really loved the creativity of this tool. Try it! I know you will be hooked!
