The DiSC profile offers some great insight into how you work, and how to work best with others. There are some questions which I was in the exact middle of, and had to make a choice I wouldn't normally make, so it basically is a coin flip which seems less accurate. I have taken the survey twice in four years, and there was a fairly large shift in my assessment, so I'm not sure if that's the close questions going one way, then the other – or something else.

Hi Robert, thank you so much for taking the time to write a review! The Everything DiSC assessment uses a Likert Scale to measure intensity level, but will employ the forced choice selection if the algorithm cannot determine the level based on the participant’s answer(s). The differences in your style may indeed have shifted based on how you answered the assessment questions.
