I have always been pleased with the service I receive from the Resources Unlimited professionals - and the products and convenience of online processing are great. The past 2 times when I have placed very large orders for Epic credits though, I was prompted to enter a promo code at check out. When I inquired about a code, I was told that there was no code to apply to my order. It seems that if there's a prompt on the site for a code, then the codes do exist. I'm a small consultant and I'm not crazy about paying more than I need to - especially when I'm spending several thousand dollars.
