The hotel is older and there was no air conditioning in the common spaces such as the lobby and hallways. This made the hotel smell dirty and old. The staff were very nice and the room itself was mediocre, very old and towels were very old. It served it purpose of a place to sleep and shower, that’s about it. It is at a good location next to a new Chick-fil-A and target.

We did have a nice time however there were some challenges due I’m sure to covid and staffing. There was no where close to the room to get food and no delivery so that got old fast. I got stuck on a bus for 45 minutes due to temp drivers not knowing the routes. A lot of shops and places were closed and no characters were around. It was still really fun but definitely deflected a bit from the overall experience

The Hotel has clearly improved from when I stayed there 2 years ago. New bathrooms and room furnishings are a welcome change. The funky smell was also gone. Pretty good right? Unfortunately some things had deteriorated. After I paid for my room in full months previously, I was hit by a "resort fee" at check in. Not cool at all. If one pays for a hotel room then that should be it. No hidden charges or "fees". What happened to the water and fruit at the check in desk? Gone from two years ago. The free continental breakfast is also gone. Now if you wanted a breakfast you would have to pay $14.95. Yep, that's right, $14.95 for breakfast. No thank you. Best bring your own food, or go to Publix up the road. I was here for a convention. Otherwise I wouldn't have stayed here.

A lot of stuff was out of order and a lot of the staff didn't speak English.

We find that the food was below standard. In order to keep us satisfaid, we had to eat outdoors. Not a lot of choice, not very well cooked and many times the same items to choose from. disapointing...

The hotel is nice and comfortable, but in time this last visit we noticed changes in the treatment of the staff towards the guest, in the transport, we did not have room cleaning but they did not give us the Gift card like previous years. Let's hope they go back to the paid and free meal plan so it's worth spending more to stay at a Disney hotel, otherwise it's not worth it relative to Other hotel with more comforts and much cheaper. If they do not improve the training of the staff and give benefits, they will lose loyal guests like us and I know many more who think the same

Maintenance is lacking, service is lacking. Has unbelievable potential

We stayed off site due to cost (for a group of 7) and while this was nice, transportation to and from the parks or other entertainment areas were very limited. It would have been nice to go a bit later (shuttle) and stay later as we had teenagers that like going to the parks without younger children in attendance.
