Resort Closings did an outstanding job of managing the entire transfer process on our timeshare. We were informed of the status of our account many times along the way. It was also helpful to view our account status on-line. Our representative was very thorough in her notes, answering our questions, and providing quality service. We highly recommend Resort Closings.

We are pleased with the transfer but not pleased with the short note saying the transfer is final. When I asked if that was all we were getting to get to confirm the transfer, we were told to contact the resort if we wanted more. Seems like there should be more paperwork to verify the transfer and I should not have to get it myself. Bernadette Hopkins
