We no longer have a time share thanks to Resort Closing.

I highly recommend Lonestar transfer, their professionalism and promptness in getting me out of a time share was amazing, they always communicated with me during the entire process, i didn't know where to turn to get help in getting rid of the time share when I heard of Lonestar transfer , I decided to call them for help, I don't regret, Thank you Lonestar transfer for helping me out of that nightmare called timeshare.

I’m giving this rating because our closing agent, Aspen, was so attentive to detail. Even though, I might have let my frustration show in a couple of correspondence she was always honest, clear and always responded when she said she would. With the unfortunate circumstances of a pandemic the process took even longer than what was becoming an unusually lengthy procedure. Our Timeshare was with Shell Vacation Club in Hawaii. We used Lonestar Transfer to exit the timeshare based on their promises. Aspen communicated with Lonestar and with us very confidently. I was always glad to have the resort closings portal to view the necessary actions and communications. It is such a relief to have this Timeshare monster out of our lives, since we never once went back to use it. I hope this review will give someone else the confidence they need to move forward with releasing a Timeshare that is no longer of value. Thanks to both Lonestar and especially Aspen at Resort Closings for being with through each step. Thanks for asking.

Communication was pretty good. They always got back with me when I had questions. Some of the paperwork process was a little fuzzy. Still a little puzzled why it costs so much to process property that I am giving away. I get title insurance, transfer fees, etc. All the legal mumbo jumbo. Oh well, I digress. No real complaints about resort closings. I feel they did what they said they would do and in the end that is what really matters.

Jinger kept us informed through the entire process and we really appreciate it. The process was made simple for us so that is appreciated as well

Resort closing inc did an excellent job helping me to get rid of my time share contract with MARRIOTT Vacation club in record time in three months unbelievable !It is a company you can trust.
