We had a surprisingly fabulous experience with the help of Resort Closings. I say surprisingly, because we originally contacted a big name company that cancels time shares. For a fraction of the cost and a very pleasant experience, Resort Closings helped us out of a painful situation by selling our time share. All of our contacts with staff were friendly and courteous. Necessary paperwork was handled promptly and efficiently. Overall, a painless process.

The seller was slow in getting their paperwork in for my Worldmark purchase but when I contacted Resort Closings Inc, they got on top of it. They responded to every question I had. Start to finish took 3 months and I had expected longer due to what I read from other WM purchases on the resale market, but I am so pleased with how fast ours turned around. We have three trips booked within a month of ownership and I'm so excited.
