Everything stated in this review is 100% accurate. I have the documentation to prove. They did not enroll my accounts. They have terrible customer service. They do not respond to emails and the customer is forced to then call and wait on average 40 minutes to speak to customer service on issues that are repeatedly emailed to them prior to calling. At this point since there are legal consequences for me due to their negligence and inability to provide the services that I paid for I feel a lawsuit is going to be necessary. This company wants to continue to call me a liar, then I will show my proof in court.******************************* I received a cold call from this business stating how they could help with my particular situation of debt resolution. I paid them $325 per month; however, after months of paying them I found out several of my accounts were not enrolled due to their negligence. I resent the original emails requesting enrollment of these accounts to show they had dropped the ball. After this happened 3 times and still without followup to correct these errors, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and requested refund and dissolution of contract. The customer service is also deplorable. I wait on average 40 minutes to speak to someone there. If I could rate this company a zero, I would, but unfortunately that’s not possible. They also do not answer email making it necessary for you to endure these long phone wait times. I highly discourage allowing this company to handle your debt resolution. Also, I have never been able to log into my account to monitor my account. I reported this issue as well with no resolution, how ironic.

Listen, everything that people will be told to not get into a scam such as make payments before something is resolved, upfront payments, "sounds too good to be true", this is basically what happened. What happened to me is they agent you talk to is VERY good. Definitely doesn't sound scammy. They will ask for your SSN, DOB, ACH/payment information and sign approval to start paying, before even providing an outline of what they will be doing. I got an email from someone different than the "payment agreement" is for. Then when pressed, requesting company info, etc., I didn't get a response. Dead. On top of that, I believe these review and the company response indicate review manipulation. The company asked the reviewer to rewrite their review to make it sound less "canned." I reported it and now that review is gone, but I took a screenshot. I don't know if I trust "Trust Pilot" now.

Donna, We appreciate the opportunity to clarify this matter. Upon a full review of your account and communications, we confirm that your refund in the amount of $205.00 was issued via ACH in accordance with the terms and conditions of your client agreement. The variance from the expected $305.00 is attributed to the $100.00 early cancellation fee, which is clearly disclosed and acknowledged during the enrollment process. All program terms, including refund policies and cancellation provisions, were thoroughly reviewed with you at the time of enrollment and verified through your signed documentation. We take accuracy and transparency seriously, and there is no record of any misinformation or misrepresentation regarding your refund status. We regret any misunderstanding and assure you that all actions taken were consistent with the agreement you entered into. If you would like a copy of your refund confirmation or executed client agreement for your records, our office will gladly provide it upon request.
