My overall experience with this platform is really great. I found an amazing highly qualified therapist for myself about two years ago, who helped me with my mental health problems caused by immigration. BTW, a lot of insurance providers are available.

Resilience Lab is organized and considerate. Their intake process was comfortable and I appreciated the staff’s dedication to matching me with the right person. Natalie Asalgado is the best therapist I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I only stopped seeing her because I had to move out of state and it broke my heart. I am forever grateful for everything she taught me.

Resilience Lab terminated my therapist with no advance notice to either of us. I won’t go into details, but I am very unsatisfied with RL’s handling of the situation. They notified me in a very cold and impersonal email about news that is jarring at best, shocking and disorienting at worst. After speaking with my therapist, I followed her to her new practice and parted ways with RL.
