Homebody IS Trustworthy!
I had a pleasant experience working with Todd, and I wanted to make sure his hard work is recognized. He made the process of cancelling and adding a new policy to my account very smooth, acknowledged my questions, and listened to my long spiel about my reasons to cancel a policy. There was a small system glitch when first attempting to update my policies, so Todd said he would reach back out the following morning, and he did! My policy updates were time-sensitive, so I greatly appreciate his efficient fulfillment of his promise—thank you, Todd!! Some companies cannot uphold their end of an agreement, but I was not worried about Homebody. I feel this proves that Homebody is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. I will for sure be a returning customer, as I have been happy with Homebody for the last 2 years.
