Shipping took longer than expected. Product is ok, I thought it would be better than just a head wrap. It’s not terrible just not great.

I reached out to reshline to have my shipping address changed. Julia responded quickly and changed the address so the product will be sent to me. Happy camper

The product was ok, but it was delivered loose in an plastic envelope, no boxe and no instruction. I find no professionnel delivery.

The product I received looked like it has been used/damaged. I reached out by email to return and they responded quickly and gave me a full refund. I wanted to return the product, but they declined so I donated it. Good customer service, unlike so many other on-line (FB/IG/TT) advertisements.
