The process was pretty simple and everything came with very good instructions.

They responded and called back the next day to look up my account and submit order. It literally took less than 10 minutes to get the information and submit the order with confirmation email.

Following the instructions provided in the impression kit was straight forward and easy with the assistance of my niece. We needed to do a second set of impressions in which the materials were quickly sent to me by your very helpful customer service staff. My impression molds were inspected and approved in short time... and, I was promptly informed that my device was being designed and produced... In less than a week, I received shipping notice and received my device in one day. When I received my device... I immediately tried it on and was thoroughly thrilled and satisfied with the results. It fit perfectly and looked very natural, matching the color of my own teeth. I wish ResetSmile was around at the time I broke off my front tooth many years ago... So, I ordered it. I received the kit. Very easy to use. A week or so later I received my replacement. It needed a small adjustment. I sent an email saying what I thought the issue was and a week later I received my new box. From beginning to end, the process has been easy and fast. For less than $500 I have what my dentist offered at $3000.
