I'm updating my review 10/22/24.. shortly after my first review I was contacted by Trevor from Reset smile and he has been very accommodating! They sent me custom trays to get the issue resolved and I'm in the works of that currently. Hopefully we can get the issue fixed but customer service is def there you just might have to wait a few days to hear back. Glad to hear from them I will update if anything changes but I feel less worried now Original review:I'm getting a little worried about all the other reviews, I'm having trouble getting in touch with customer service. I received my order but they don't fit properly, I emailed and notified on 8/4/24 and I still haven't heard back it's 8/8/24. I've tried calling also many times and I've left a voicemail. I will change this review if I hear back and my issue is properly fixed. Thank you.

Wow! They were made to fit and fit perfectly they did. I got the 4 upper front teeth and the device clings nicely to the eye teeth on each side. I can smile again. I can speak clearly again! And it was affordable, easy and their support team was there when I had a question and help with impressions, photos and shipping. Thank you ResetSmile!
