The videos helped some. Confusion on some of the wording when I was selecting what teeth to replace.

The process from start to finish was pretty simple and easy. I placed the order, and I received the kit shortly thereafter. I made the impressions, sent them, back and got my device right away. The issues I had were that they never sent me a confirmation on my order. I emailed them several times about it, and got no response. I did receive an email letting me know my device had been shipped out. My device fits perfect, so no other complaints. Yes, I would order again and recommend to friends

Reset has been great I only had two problems 1. I had to redo my molds at least 4 times before I got it right 2. Shipping through ups stressed me out missing packages but overall I would recommend reset smile to anyone who may need help getting their smile back like me I was missing one tooth on both sides at the top both teeth was number 5 on the side I was very insecure whenever I smiled, and reset has gave me my security back and now I love seeing my smile. Reset had first sent me a flipper which made my gums bleed and they were unwearable but reset completely understood my issue and they were quick to fix the problem. So the second time around I asked for two individual devices Instead of a flipper I feel I’m too young to wear a flipper. I’m only 40. And without question reset smile made it happen and I received my new devices they fit great have to get use to them but they fit great they don’t hurt most of all my gums don’t bleed . I did eat with them and it’s something that gets better over time . So I wanna so thank you again RESET SMILE you changed my life

I have just received my device in the mail and LOVE my new teeth, they have made and enormous difference in my smile and confidence. The device pinches some in my mouth and it took a really long time to arrive which is why I gave 4 stars.

I finally received my partial , they look very natural and it fits perfectly but my front gum left side is pushing up .

I was excited that such a thing exists. It took some time to receive my initial packet but it was easy to take my impressions and ship it back. When I received my partial, I followed the directions but I have had some pain. I expected it and I'm dealing with it. Although I don't know if it was noticeable to others, I see it and I'm very pleased.

i received my reset smile prosthetic today and was pleased at the appearance. the fit is a little high so i think i am going to have to adjust to that, my order was placed on November 13th and today is December 27th so i am not to satisfied with the 44 day turn around time....other than that it looks great

A little slow to address my concerns at first but they got around to me after a week of emailing and calling. The second device is perfect. I am so excited to smile again and feel beautiful again. I took a huge risk and I’m glad I did. Fast shipping !! This is not a scam.
