It took so long to receive the impression kit, took longer to get a response, then got my partials and they didnt fit, took forever to get a respons, and even longer to get the custom trays, uploaded pics and waiting to hear bak wether the impressions are good to send back. Honestly, I want a refund.

Had to do impressions 3 times and they sent message they were going to send out another impression kit and I called and raised the roof on them. Told them that they had 3 sets of impressions that I wasn't doing anymore to refund my money. Close to $700.00 cause I send for 2 set of uppers in case one broke. Man tells me then that no I didn't have to do another impression that they had all they needed and would be sending my uppers out within the week. Well they came and they were so crocked and the teeth are the size of a 5 year old. ( I am in my 70's). Worse 700.00 I have ever spent. Don't waste your money.

I have been trying to get my partial since Nov 2025 and it's mid March 2026 and for the 4th time I am being asked to send in another mold. The last time I was asked to send in another mold I sent in 3 with the extra materials sent with the previous kits. So after 5 molds sent in I am now being asked to send in ANOTHER mold. I will be getting married in a month. Looks like I will be getting married in front of my friends and family with missing teeth. My teeth were previously knocked out do to a abusive partner. It takes weeks to get a message that a new mold kit is needed after they decide the current mold won't work. This has by far been the worst experience in my life dealing with this company. Talk about making a already hard situation worse.

These people are unprofessional first impressions they said they were not deep enough. I sent in the 2nd impressions as they requested then I receive an email that I have been cancelled. Although I was making payments via HFD for the service. However, I called more than 5X's and emailed they have a messenger who picks up the phone and takes a message you never get to speak with anyone. That is rude to cancel someone and not notify them to why. Also as the customer only I should be the only one who cancel. I called HFD the finance place and they assured me I was in good standing and now I also get an email from them notifying me of a refund in the next 7-10 days. WOW this is unreal and I much rather go through my dentist or pop on veneers, maybe my dentist I only need one tooth repaired. These folks at Reset Smile out of Irving Tx are a real joke.I am sorry this is not how you treat your customers. No return call or email. Just SUCKS!

I purchased an upper and a lower set and the lower set doesn’t fit. It cuts my gum and makes it bleed so I cannot wear it. I’ve asked them MULTIPLE times over the last 2 months about them and cannot get any resolve. They send me an email asking for more info and pics, I send them and then no response u til I start calling and emailing and it starts the same process all over again! It also took me 2 months to get an invoice to try to submit to my insurance company for reimbursement. Actually, it took multiple negative Facebook and Instagram comments and a complaint with the BBB.

Terrible experience! I waited for 3 months having to do impressions 3 times and every time they tell me something wasn't right with my impressions. I ordered on October 24, 2025 and I requested the refund in January 28, 2026. I am so disappointed because I was hoping they would work and save me some money and time. I've taken impressions before on my own with no issues but ResetSmile I received nothing but issues. I requested a refund and never received my money back!!!

Horrible customer service! Chat bot is fake - no one joins the conversation and many emails sent without a reply. My order has been the same status for DAYS today is 2/26/2026 and I ordered on 1/9/2026.

I have sent three emails trying to get help with my device that isn’t fitting comfortably, I get emails back saying someone from customer service will reach out to me.
