Why credit card on file?

They wont take your call and your 30 day return expire!
There was a bit of miscommunication during the ordering process.I’m happy with the finished product, the teeth fit perfect. The only issue i’m having, The arch on the top replacement is making it very difficult to eat and pronounce some words, it’s like a lisp. I’m editing my review. This company makes it very difficult to get a customer service agent. They have message takers that’ll take your number but they jave never called me back. My 30 day return clock has started and I can’t get a customer service rep! I need to have this item adjusted.

First teeth ordered 2023
Ordered replacement teeth over year ago. Really looked nice, but couldn’t talk well. Attempted to call you guys, but couldn’t get through to anyone. Thought I would try again because they looked great!! Keeping fingers crossed! Not sure of date because I got very ill at that time.

I am very pleased with my new…
I am very pleased with my new individual dentures. Initially I received a denture with the arch across the top of my mouth and that just didn’t work for me. The customer service rep was so understanding and confirmed that it was possible for me to get the individual dentures without the arch and there was no additional cost. I really like them and will recommend ResetSmile to my friends and family.

Took a while but they got it right!
So the first device I ordered didn’t fit properly. The teeth were short and the partial was to tight on my gums. I reached out via email and I did have issues hearing back from customer service at first. After about a week, they contacted me and apologized for the delay and said they had been backed up with orders. They immediately sent me out a new kit with a customer mouth piece that would better fit my mouth so that I could retake the impressions. I sent them back and it took about 2 more weeks before I received my partial. This new device fits great, which is why I decided to update my rating on here. The new partial teeth look like the correct length compared to my other teeth and I could immediately tell the overall fit was much better. No squeezing or pain. So far They are very comfortable. Overall it took about 3 months but I saved over $1000 and am pleased with the outcome.
