I just received my new smile & when I put them in my mouth, I could not belive it, they fit perfect. When I started this procedure, I thought it might be a scam, but I needed partials or I would have lost my wife. She told me partials or else. she wasn't serious. I took impressions 5 times, I mess up the first 4, so on the fifth, I called customer service & talked to Armaine. I asked her if she could help me with my impressions. She did everything for me. there are a couple of steps you have to time, Armaine told me not to worry, she would let me know when each of the steps time was up.She explained exectly what I should do for each step. The company wanted 2 sets of impressions. when I finish the first step, she asked me if I would take a picture of them, so she could look to make sure the were better then the bad 4 I sent earlier. She took 1 look at them & told me to forget the 2nd set, these looked perfect. I know I would have messed the 5th set up, if it wasn't for Armaine. This company could not be better , get parcials on line, who will believe it.
