The representative helped me to resolve my payment challenges as I was delaying finalizing because I didn’t actually know what to do. Kim did an excellent job. It was much appreciated.

My daughter found ResetSmile for me to replace a tooth that had to be removed. The entire process was extremely easy, which includes uploading photos and returning the teeth impressions. When I received the replacement tooth it fit very well, but the I had an issue. I sent an email explaining the issue and received a response immediately. I received a new kit and sent the impressions for the remake. I received the new replacement tooth shortly thereafter and it is perfect. I am very satisfied. One of the main things I like about ResetSmile is their customer care. They are very responsive and take your issues seriously. They want to make it right so you are satisfied. Process was super easy and it was fast! Hasn't even been a a full month yet and I received my order. I feel so much more confident with having my smile back! The top fits a little too tight but I will be reaching out to them and see what we can do to make it fit better. Even with that being said, they still get 5 stars from me!
