Hope Restored....Somewhat
Update: Wanted to be fair and provide an updated review (increase to 2 Stars) since the company telephoned; at which time it noted that communication regarding my case has not been as desired. I was provided a ship date. Some hope has been restored. Hopefully my next update will reflect a successful outcome. Initial Review (1 Star): Placed an order the first week of January. It appears that the device was approved by a Dentist the first week of February. However, I've recently received confusing information from the company regarding the Dentist's approval and the company's shipment of the device. Moreover, the company is no longer promptly and completely responding to my telephone calls and email inquires; i.e., phone calls unanswered, no return call in response to voicemail messages, delayed - if any - responses to email messages). Wishing for a successful outcome, but no longer hopeful.
