Application Process
I found the on-line application a little troublesome. the screen message indicated that the information was processing and not text the application. The charge had processed, but the message was still cycling. Was disconcerting.

Need more transparency when beginning…
Need more transparency when beginning the process. The basic process to get started was straight-forward and easy. However, the "informed consent and history" portion of the process should be done prior to submitting the payment. I recognize that this may "scare away" some customers, but it would make everything more transparent up front. I would NOT have backed out of the process after reading the document. Also, under the "History of Previous Medical Procedures or Surgeries" the word "underdone" was used. Should read "undergone". Under the cautions section, the text reads "The device should NOT be left in during sleep as it can be a chocking hazard". Should read "choking" hazard. Might want to do another edit of the document.

I haven't ordered from you yet so I just put the stars at medium? What I need to know is that I had a bridge upper back of my mouth and it couldn't be put back in because there is nothing for it to adhere to so I'm wondering if Reset Smile would work for me? The dentist said for two implants it would cost $13,000 which I cannot afford so I don't know what to do?
