The shipping and checkout process was seamless and efficient. However, reaching customer service has been challenging, and the overall support experience could be significantly improved.

I thought i would be able to use this. I was not. I emailed them and they told me to wait 10 business days for my refund. Why so long? As of today it is 9 days. Hopeful i will see it returned back to my method of payment shortly.

Although most refunds are offered within 5-10 business days, some banks can take longer. Please contact our customer service team between 9-5PM EST Monday to Friday at [email protected] or by calling (877) 869-0740 and they will be happy to check the status for you and send a refund receipt.

Edit 12/30/24 ive been trying to contact someone due to the poor fit of my device. yet again its impossible. im not able to reach anyone by phone, email or chat. this is ridiculous.. when i finally got someone they sent me to a "fit specialist" lol !! they told me to place it in hot water then try to reform them.. tried all that & everything else in the pamphlet they sent via email. It didnt help & they are even worse now. its so painful with them in & even worse taking them out. I wore my device for the first full day, last week, for xmas and the fit is so poor is digging in my gums and causing bleeding Ive been trying to contact someone for almost a week regarding this & nothing but CRICKETS i would love to speak with someone about starting the return process. im not happy, they arent wearable & for sure not worth 600$ please some one from reset smile let me know how to get this refund process started.. PLEASE edit 01.15.25: spoke with someone over two weeks ago. they said they processed return give it 5-10 business daYS its been well over that..... still waiting. ive contacted afterpay & they said its nothing on their end. whenever reset smile does the refund they would automatically get it and disburse back to me... so disappointing

NOT EASY. POOR VALUE. In June 2024, I started the process with reset smile. Paid them $798 for upper and lower Replacement teeth. They requested I redo the molds four times. I am a very mechanical hands-on guy so for me not to be able to give them what they needed. Makes the process difficult I believe. 3 1/2 months later, they told me they cannot do the bottom march, only the top arch. They also told me that they would credit back the bottom of March without saying how much before I agreed to it. I told them I wanted half of my money back because I thought $600 was too much for a single arch for two teeth. They credited me $200 and their communication has been horrible! I have recontacted them three or four times since then with no response. I contacted them three or four times in the first three months with slow responses from them. I don’t think anything would’ve gotten done. Had I not contacted them . Because they were not contacting me. They had my $798 for four months, probably collecting interest on it. Then they switched me from two arches for $798 to one arch for $598. Very scammy.

We are so sorry to hear this! Unfortunately we were not able to verify your order details after requesting them directly from you. We understand that the impression taking process can be frustrating. However, it is imperative that an accurate impression is provided in order for us to produce a device. We also find that sometimes we are presented with a situation where our dentists do not recommended producing a device without a visit to an in person dentist, which could be the reason why we only proceeded with one instead of two arches. Please contact us directly with any further questions about your account and we will be happy to assist you - phone (877) 869-0740 or email [email protected].
