After paying $214.00 which was the starting fee , plus $5.99 they sent my tooth framing kit in a timely manner. After following all instructions I uploaded my teeth photos to thier web site. And mailed the putty teeth empressions to their address. About two later the sent another kit ,ask me to submit another teeth empression because the one I sent was not eligible. I completed the kit again, uploaded my teeth pictures , after a week past ,I emailed them, call their number ous times (only answering machine) no chat ,ect. They never answered my call, yet they continue to charge $79.99 per month ! IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!!!?? I informed my credit card company to investigate!! UPDATE: Only after posting this complaint , (ResetSmile, Rep?) Said he would cancel my order, and give me full refund! Well this brief email transaction was on April 10/2024 today is April 22/2024 ! He said it may take 5 business days to process this transaction, well ResetSmile we're is my refund! You should change your name too RESETFROWN !!!! My next step is the Better Business Bureau, where you earned a low grade of D- !!! Check them out for your self, see you in court a.s.a.p!!!!!!! Also see reviews on BBB website! PS ; ROB PETER. I would not recommend reset smile.If you need good lucky Recieved appliance didnt fit tried to call 1800 number you cant talk to anybody you have to leave message and nobody calls you back.I paid alot of money not to be able to talk to someone to find out how to fix my problem

Tell us up front they are temporary, not after you are committed. You’re commercial makes it appear to be permanent.

I still haven’t received anything

After having to wait for days for someone at Reset Smile to return my initial call (which they did on or about February 20th), I went ahead and 'pre-paid' my $663+ on February 21st. My kit arrived approximately 2 weeks later, and within a couple days I'd made the molds, completed all the directions - including uploading the required photographs into your system, and (even though I never did receive a confirmation that the photos I submitted were ever reviewed or approved), mailed everything in on March 6th. Unfortunately, when I received my device on March 22nd, there were several problems with it, including 1) the color clearly being 'yellow' compared to my natural teeth, 2) the fact that there was no way to make it sit 'level' (like my previous bridge had) OR to keep the right side that doesn't fit (because the artificial gum needs to be 'built up' a bit more inside to meet my natural gum on the right) in place. This causes the device to 'slip and slide about' on that side with the least amount of movement. So, of course, eating with the device would not be possible. Also 3) that the artificial gum was really hurting one spot on my front gum (where it appears to be too long), 4) that my clear written directions for reproducing some (not all) of the 'natural' shape of my previous teeth (for which I sent you an extra mold) were either totally missed or ignored, and 5) most importantly, despite calling, leaving detailed voice mails, and responding to your automated email with all these details on March 23rd, I've still not heard back from anyone, and am having to live with 6 missing teeth in front plus wear a mask whenever I have to meet with a customer. :( I do still feel confident that a careful 'remake' of my device (in combination with some 'focused', advance communication) will enable you to provide me with an acceptable product - without me having to redo anything else at this end. Ordered my device in April 2023. Didn’t receive the final product till September. The first product they set was in the shape of a rectangle, textured like white out, and left large gaps between the surrounding teeth. The second order. They sent me another patients teeth and mine together. This device was extremely painful. Wore the device out for the day thinking it would loosen up. It didn’t. Reach out to the company and they said there was an issue with the printer. Finally received my third device 7 months after ordering. This device was mediocre at best. It was texture, not smooth, and the color was off. I was tired of taking impressions and waiting for unnecessary delays. Fast forward 3 months and the device began to fade and become textured like whiteout. Reached out to the company and not only did it take a month of delayed communication cause the company would responded every few business days (Jess specially) but they stop responding all together. They blamed me for the cleaning solution I used. Which there website, under how to clean device, clearing states “daily and after meals clean with denture cleaner at your local pharmacy”. I did exactly that but not until I used the product the gave me first which lasted two months. This device was poor to start. They’ve failed to own up to their own mistake and poor quality control. So your telling me I paid $700 for a device i waited 7 months for and at which the device was poor to start(textured and not uniform in color), was sent another patients device, was sent a device that caused extreme pain due there malfunctioning printer, and they completely stoping communicating after only 3 months of having a half ass device. That’s it? You have 30 days to return cause the problems are encountered after the policy window. Avoid this company.

I received my partials and they didn't fit correctly. Full payment was charged but no response from reser smile. I started calling the day I received them but you get no response. Ive left messages and emails also with no response. Im about to call my credit card company to dispute charges as ive paid alot money for a product I cannot use.
