I used this company a few years ago and left a 5 star review. Unfortunately it seems like things have gone downhill since then. I sent my impressions in over a month ago and I'm still waiting. I came here to say that their customer service was bad. But something that doesn't exist can't be good or bad, can it ? I call the CS number and get a message telling me someone will call me back. Never happens. Sent an email. Automated reply says I will hear from them within 48 hours. Nope. There are other companies doing partials now, so I guess if I or my wife ever need another I'll try one of them.

Well Timely customer response is not one of their strong points. As well as I don't know if they do even honor the 100 day money back guarantee? It doesn't really seem possible with how long it takes them to respond.

First off. Customer service is awful. You can’t get ahold of anyone. 2. My partial hurts so bad. I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone. My chats - unanswered. (Currently sitting in a chat for 39 mins no response from anyone) Emails- unanswered. Phone call - what a joke. You have to leave a message. No call back 3. Was told once my partial was complete they would send me an invoice for reimbursement from my insurance company. Never got it. Sent email. No response. 4. At this point I just want to send this mouth trap back and get my refund they supposedly have a 100 day money back guarantee but it looks like it will take over 100 days to get a response Just go to ur dentist at least you can get in contact with them.

I Sent away for the at home impression kit, received it 2 weeks later and successfully made the impressions. I sent them back and was notified over a week later that they were received. Over a week after that, I received an email telling me that the impression were finally ready to move to production but, the chipped front tooth that was the reason for this whole thing in the first place, cannot be addressed by them unless fully extracted. When looking at the FAQs on their website it says that broken teeth can be fixed with the reset method but that every case is different. The person that I talked to told me it wasn't possibleat all. So to sum up, it took a full month from the time I ordered reset until I got the email saying they were ready to make them and, they wasted my time by not being clear on their website that they cannot address broken teeth.

Not sure if it is a real company. Ive been calling and emailing for over 2 weeks trying to get a receipt for my flexible spending and you only get a message. I’ll be surprised if I ever get an upper flipper sent back to me. Fsa is requiring me to reimburse my account because of no receipt. So no you can’t use FSA.

It’s very painful to wear. It almost feels like it’s giving me a blister but it gave my jaw bone a bruise and it’s very painful to put on. Once it is on it hurts less. But the pain is so real that I take a 800 mg of prescribed ibuprofen in order to put it on in the morning. I can’t bite down on anything with it in my mouth. A simple touch from one tooth to the fake tooth sends shooting pain to the area that is blistering. It doesn’t fit right at all. The tooth is longer than my actual teeth.

I truly wanted to remain a loyal customer, especially since my first experience with this company was excellent. However, the complete lack of communication or follow-up has left me frustrated and concerned about customer support after a sale. I hope Reset Smile addresses these communication issues, as prompt assistance and product quality are essential when dealing with something as sensitive as dental appliances.

I was so excited to give this a try but it is far too painful for me to even wear it for more than 5 seconds. I gave two stars cause the whole process of making the mold and get my package was seamless, but I’m not happy with what I received.
