This company is horrible. When you finally do get someone on the phone, they lie to you. They have promised me a refund now for 3 months and still nothing. I had to cancel my bank card to stop monthly charges. Horrible company.

Worst customer service, they don't take phone calls, they don't respond to emails . My impressions were received 05/15/2024 . I looked on the customer dashboard (yes they have one) my device did not start yet. I am concerned that when I finally get my device and issues arise they will not be addressed. I'm thinking about canceling my order if no one contacts me. Order number 20020633. The sagga continues , they requested a third set of impressions and I agreed so they sent the kit again but did not include a return envlope so now I have to chase them with emails wich they don't respond to. they never answer the phone . Their Zendesk support email system is ass backwards and should be replaced. Why does it takes 5-7 days to respond to an email. I'm running out of patience .

This is just a warning to all who are considering using this company. In my experience, they have very poor customer service. My experience began last year when I placed my order, they kept charging my credit card through this year, even though I had previously canceled my order. My only recourse was to dispute the multiple charges on my credit card, which were finally reversed. Be careful out there!

Emailed to return the kit as I no longer needed it and never heard back.

We had to do the impressions twice despite following the instructions carefully. They said that it appeared that the clay was drying too quickly. It worked better when we ignored the directions. They finally accepted the impressions and, after a few weeks, sent the dentures. Neither of them fit. I called ResetSmile, left a voicemail, and sent emails. NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. The dentures look like something 3D printed. While very light, they are very rigid plastic. The website lacks any information on how to get them adjusted or how to return them for a refund. The upper set is too big and won’t fit in my wife’s mouth. The bottom set is cutting into her gums. I wanted them to be legitimate but so far I’m concerned that this is another online scammer.

Almost four months now and I’ve just started receiving some communications from someone named Nuri (female) who apologized for the months of delays and excused it for lack of staffing, heavy order volume, etc. Offered me alternatives via email and asked for some pictures I emailed her directly but she never uploaded them or got back to me with any progress but they have the gull to continue sending me surveys about all the emails I send Nuri with my case #20017854 and reply that “agents are busy and that someone will reply as soon as possible”. As I’m reading these reviews, no one else ever speaks to anyone on the phone either and I suspect most are receiving the same automated responses accompanied by a survey about their satisfaction (what a joke). They never missed charging my card every month and they don’t have a hard time & they’re not too busy to reply to surveys on this site but they can’t answer the phone or deliver a product or correct the faulty ones they actually do deliver which leads to believe the 5 star surveys are probably fake. Like others, I’ll be disputing my charges to my bank, reporting tjem to the BBB. Additionally, I’m contacting Fox News, where they advertise during peak hours to let them know about my experience and about how the viewers that learned of them by watching the commercials on their network. A neighbor who investigates cases like this told me, this more than poor service and borders wire fraud after he read all the available reviews and my documentation via email and screen shots.

Mark- Thank you for reaching out. It appears we have made an attempt to contact you on May 27th to help resolve these issues which you did not reply. Unfortunately, due to your email being hacked, there was a delay in communications. Once we were informed of your new email, we attempted to make contact again. We would be happy to help resolve the issue as soon as we receive your updated impression. Thank you for being a ResetSmile customer.
