The beginning process went fine in November 2023. When I received my partials, there were a couple of issues. To start, I was under the impression I was supposed to get the mold of my teeth along with the partials. I did not receive the mold. The process of dealing with someone to help me was not readily available and I did not know what to do. To this day, I have not been able to wear the partials because of the pain it causes. This company has a NON user friendly website. It is hard to deal with them. I finished paying for the unusable partials and they continue to this day to keep charging me that $6.99 after I requested that they stop charging me this fee back in December. My credit card has stopped one or maybe two of the charges, but I shouldn't have to keep requesting my credit card company to stop this payment. Reset smile is just plain stealing from me. I am not happy with them AT ALL. I don't know that they can make this right and I doubt this unfavorable review will set things right either. But I just have to let people know it is not all it is cracked up to be. This is the worst decision I have ever made dealing with these people. Worst thousand dollar investment I ever made.

Requested a refund back on Feb 20th due to them not being able to assist me...told me it would take 5-10 business days to receive back to my card...it's been well over that time period and now they are stating they did indeed issue the refund and to contact my bank...what a joke...beware!!! Stay far away from this company. It did not take them this long to get their money from ME so why should any refund take 5-10 business days in the first place???!!!

My husband has been trying to talk with Reset Smiles customer service for 2 weeks. Left messages 2 differ times a couple weeks ago. No call back from anyone to discuss issues with his device. Today we selected option 1 for sales and talked with Crystal. She was very nice and seemed understanding. She said she would have someone call. Still waiting on call. We did purchase the additional insurance. I Where to turn from here to get in touch with someone.

Disappointed, to the point of contacting Attorney General of a fraud business that don't honor their request to deliver their product or giving a refund and charges me recurring payments which I didn't receive the product. Being investigated.

They delivered a device that did not fit. When I reached out, 7+ times via email and phone, not a single person would get back to me. The level of customer service is laughable and I would never recommend anyone use this solution.

I received the wrong side I needed it for and I have been trying to call the number no longer works and the chat is gone from the page. I called yesterday and speak with someone that said they would give me a call today and nothing I have emailed nothing. This is unacceptable when I have paid my money just to receive what I ordered wrong and have no help. At this point I need a refund

Denture was cutting into my gums. Attempted to get a refund they sent me a second impression kit instead and i requested a refund again and they took a month to tell me i needed to return the faulty denture that i threw away and that my return window was expired.
