I was skeptical at first not believing that my tooth replacement would look and feel real. I received my tooth replacement and it looked like my normal teeth, you cant even tell it is a fake tooth. Everything from the color, fit and look of the tooth was perfect. It takes some getting use to, but I love it. Its less expensive and I highly recommend using reset smile to replace any missing teeth. You wont regret it, you will have your beautiful smile back in no time and feeling very confident.

I placed an order 2 weeks earlier and had to cancel due to the fact that I had additional dental issues that were going to change my needs greatly. My credit card had already been charged so I was concerned about cancellation issues, and even though I didn't have much success reaching somebody on a live chat due to the fact that they had a lot of calls, I was able to reach them by phone very quickly and spoke with a lovely lady named Esme. She quite cheerfully and surprisingly quickly was able to cancel my order without any issues whatsoever... Which was a welcomed relief! I'm receiving a full refund, and I immediately received an email with confirmation information detailing my entire refund. I'm very happy to say that even though I haven't yet done business with this company they have exceeded my expectations already! For anybody on the fence with doubts about this being a legit company, or how they deal with disputes or unforeseen issues arising, I can tell you first hand that they are definitely legit, they are honest, they care about customer service... And that is a very rare and good quality that I wish i could say about all businesses. Thank you Esme, and thank you RESET SMILE for going above and beyond and making me a happy customer! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!

The process was so easy that after they recived my molds I began to somewhat panic after a couple of weeks they were not on the way back to me. I did reach out via email to customer service (zendesk) a few times asking for a update, typicaly once a week or longer for which they always responded via email within 24-48 hours. The last time I did reach out they resonded mid week and that they shoulkd be going out via ups by the following Monday. They were delivered that Monday. I did make the comment that I was starting to think that I was scammed only due to the 2-3 weeks build time turned into 4-6 weeks...HOWEVER I LOVE THEM! The wait was worth it, the flexible partial was EXACTLY what I wanted to replace the partial that I was left with from a local dentist for half the price. The teeth match up perfect and are beautiful, the best quality and I have had a few made in the past 25 years from local dentist that rip you off giving you same day denture type quality for $$$ beyond having dental insurance that I would have to drive in for a office visit 3-4 times within the first couple months from the device breaking complety in to so yes I have had some un pleasant ordeals BUT not any more! Thank you, thank you I am sorry for ever doubting this company!
